the trillium collaborative
The Trillium Collaborative is a nonprofit founded in 2023 to help provide financial support to the programs of Trillium House, the only freestanding birth center that provides access to traditional midwifery services in Lynchburg, Virginia. Once the organization was established, the founders needed help getting it up and running, so they called in So Far Media.

In our first year of working together, I wore the hat of nonprofit marketing consultant as well as that of designer. Some accomplishments included:
designing the Trillium Collaborative logo.
refreshing the existing website to accommodate both the birth center and the nonprofit.
researching and recommending database management software.
importing and organizing contacts into the database.
helping the staff and board plan and execute their first end-of-year appeal.
writing and designing e-newsletters and fundraising emails.
designing marketing materials for print, including rack cards, note cards, and signs.
planning and executing a brand-awareness marketing campaign centered around an Open House event.
